As long as they pay for the rights it’s thier right. If they destroy the land farmers have the right to get compensated.
What would be bad is the goverment not allowing them to sue if their lands are damaged or if the goverment took their lands and gave them to the coal companies.
Aussie farmers have been and still are the back bone of this country.Not only for the fact that if the shit hits the fan there the ones who are going to feed you but also because there bloody hard workers as tough as nails and armed to the hilt.Genetic mod food,polution,taxes,cuts,polotics,arogant city practices,lies,mis media,negative love,hate and injustice doesnt stop them or there families supporting this country-but something stops them from putting an end to the injustices against good wil

All farmers should take out mining rights on their own properties. Get in first.
