(Sacramento) The Assembly Local Government Committee has approved water conservation legislation from Assemblymember Anna Caballero (D-Salinas). Assembly Bill 300 promotes greater water-use reductions in new subdivisions by encouraging voluntary water conservation measures in new homes built in California. In doing so, AB 300 promotes adoption of water conservation approaches that will reduce Californias water consumption at no cost to the state. Heres more in this Assembly Access video….
