South Australias first Wind Farm site is being sold with a Lease Back to the operator. This is a rural land release with a reliable income from the Wind Farm operator for the next 25 years or so, through to 2034. The Site is just some 4 km north of Cape Jervis, the ferry departure point to scenic Kangaroo Island. It has just be announced that Transfield Services Infrastructure Fund will sell off their Wind Farm land holding located at Starfish Hill near Cape Jervis in South Australia …
