(Sacramento) The Assembly Local Government Committee has approved water conservation legislation from Assemblymember Anna Caballero (D-Salinas). Assembly Bill 300 promotes greater water-use reductions in new subdivisions by encouraging voluntary water conservation measures in new homes built in California.
